Program description:
We send service updates, appointment reminders, estimates, job status notifications, promotions, and customer support messages.

2) Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or have parental consent to use our sites and subscribe to SMS.

3) SMS Consent and Opt-In

You agree to receive text messages from us when you:

• Submit a web form that clearly states you agree to receive SMS, or

• Text our keyword to our number, or

• Provide your number to staff and verbally agree to receive SMS.

After you send STOP, you may receive one final message confirming your opt-out. If you change your mind later, text START or UNSTOP to rejoin.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery depends on your mobile carrier and network.

7) User Responsibilities

Keep your contact details accurate. Do not use our sites or SMS for unlawful activity. You are responsible for charges from your carrier.

8) Appointments, Estimates, and Transactions

Any quotes, schedules, or availability shared by SMS are informational until confirmed by us in writing or in your service agreement.

Before filing a claim, you agree to contact us to try to resolve the issue informally. If unresolved, disputes will be handled in  under the laws of Ontario unless prohibited by local law. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Ottawa, ON.

We may update these Terms. The “Last updated” date will change. Continued use means you accept the changes.
